Randall
Parker , DVM
A
Native of Las Cruces, NM, Dr. Parker completed his veterinary
training at Tufts University in Boston, MA. While at Tufts,
his major focus was the diagnosis and treatment of large animal
diseases and injuries. After graduation in 1989, he completed
an internship in large animal medicine at the Atlantic Veterinary
College on Prince Edward Island, Canada. His major focuses were
the treatment of performance and race horse injuries, illnesses,
and reproduction.
Dr. Parker has been practicing in the Colorado Springs area
for the past 14 years and is the owner of Range View Equine
Associates. In that time he has developed a vast practical knowledge
of veterinary medicine in our area. He enjoys working on lamenesses,
doing equine dentistry, taking care of major horse injuries,
and doing equine reproductive work. He started the practice
by working several years by himself out of his truck and house
and has grown the practice into a multi-doctor clinic offering
the most advanced diagnostic and treatment facility in the area.
Dr. Parker accepts the challenges of practice ownership and
strives to make Range View Equine Associates one of the most
prestigious practices in the state.
When away from work, Dr. Parker spends most of his time worrying
about the practice! When he does have some free time, he likes
to spend it with his daughter Paige, and his two sons, Cole
and Sam. Dr. Parker has turned into an avid team roper. He seldom
falls off his horse anymore and catches more times than he misses,
usually. He does need a heeler that can "make him look
good."
Dr. Parker is very proud of his practice and hopes everyone
keeps Range View Equine Associates in mind for all their horse
care needs.
